1. Who we are

CutCatVector.Pro (the “Site”) is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Pavel Piatrou, 10-13 Evgeni Mikeladze Street, 0159 Tbilisi, Georgia (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@cutcatvector.pro, +995 579 289 411.

2. What we sell

We sell digital design files for laser cutting (vector templates in formats such as SVG, DXF, AI, CDR, EPS and PDF). No physical goods are sold or shipped. Product photos show items cut from our files; the finished item is made by you with your own equipment and materials.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include all charges for the file; there are no shipping costs. Sale prices are shown only for the period of a specific promotion. Payment is processed by our payment providers; we do not see or store your full card details.

4. Delivery

Files are delivered instantly after payment as download links on the order page and by email. See our Delivery page for details.

5. License

When you buy a file, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• use the file to make physical items for personal use;
• sell physical items you make from the file, in any quantity, by hand or as a small business.

You may not:

• share, resell, give away or redistribute the files or any modified version of them, in digital form;
• upload the files to file-sharing sites, libraries or marketplaces;
• claim the designs as your own.

Copyright in all designs remains with Pavel Piatrou.

6. Results of cutting

Laser machines, kerf and material thickness vary. Files may need small adjustments for your material; these are described on each product page. We are not responsible for material, time or equipment costs related to cutting.

7. Refunds

Refunds and replacements are handled according to our Refund Policy.

8. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account login safe. We may suspend accounts used to redistribute our files.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law in your country.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
