All products on CutCatVector.Pro are digital files delivered instantly. Because a downloaded file cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Before buying, please check the product description: the included formats, material thickness and sizes are listed on every product page.

When you are entitled to a refund or replacement

• The file is damaged and cannot be opened in the software listed for its format.
• The file does not match the product description (for example, a format or size listed on the page is missing).
• The design has an error that prevents it from being cut or assembled as described.
• You were charged twice for the same order.

In these cases, email support@cutcatvector.pro within 30 days of purchase with your order number and a short description or screenshot of the problem. We will first try to fix the file and send a corrected version. If we cannot fix it within 5 business days, we will refund the full price to your original payment method.

When a refund is not possible

• The file works as described, but you do not have the software needed to open its format.
• Slots or joints need adjusting for a different material thickness or a different laser kerf. Small adjustments are normal for laser cutting and are described on each product page. We are happy to advise you by email.

EU customers

By completing your purchase you agree to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the download is available. This does not affect your rights if the file is faulty or not as described.
