Since everything sold here is a digital download, no refunds are allowed. The only exception would be if the design itself is defective in some way. In that unlikely instance, CutCatVector will either correct the error in the design and send the corrected layout to the client at the specified email.

Refunds will not be provided if the purchaser doesn’t know how to utilize their design software and/or their laser software to make any needed edits to the design to fit their needs or materials.
